Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b8visa" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at b8visa.bio and its associated subdomains.
• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a player account on b8visa.
• "Platform" refers to the b8visa website, mobile browser experience , mobile application (if any), and all associated services offered by b8visa.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created upon successful completion of the b8visa registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cash incentives credited to a member's account by b8visa.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the member using recognised payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be played through before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applied to all time-sensitive actions on b8visa.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on b8visa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. b8visa operates a strict 21+ policy across all products and services. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or accessing any gaming content on this platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on b8visa at any time. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through b8visa's responsible gaming tools or applied by b8visa at its discretion.

b8visa reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your b8visa account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

b8visa will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact b8visa support immediately at [email protected].

All bets, wagers, and transactions placed from your account while you are logged in are deemed to have been placed by you and are binding upon you, unless you have previously notified b8visa of a suspected breach of account security in writing.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

b8visa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated on the relevant payment page or via account notification.

All deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. b8visa reserves the right to request additional identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

b8visa does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered in the member's name may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Currency conversion fees, mobile financial service charges, or bank fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by b8visa.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

b8visa offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, BPL season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real money balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion's detail page.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on b8visa welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated on the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit.
• b8visa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of promotions, including but not limited to bonus stacking, use of automated betting patterns, or coordinated play across multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on b8visa are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or bingo. These product-specific rules are published within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

General betting conduct rules applicable across all b8visa products include the following:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections before confirming a wager.
• b8visa reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market where a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the member's real money balance.
• Winnings resulting from manifest errors in odds, game mechanics, or system malfunctions are not payable. b8visa will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.
• b8visa operates a strict anti-cheating and anti-collusion policy. Any member found to be engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, use of prohibited software (including bots, scrapers, or automated betting tools), or any other form of fraudulent behaviour will have their account permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip. b8visa may impose individual bet limits on specific accounts at its discretion.

Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

b8visa is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all members. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from b8visa. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position to help you make informed decisions about continued play.

b8visa may contact registered members by email or SMS for the following purposes: account verification, security alerts, transaction confirmations, and promotional communications (where you have opted in). You may manage your communication preferences from within your account settings at any time.

b8visa will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly for the purpose of delivering the b8visa service to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the b8visa platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game assets, and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of b8visa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the b8visa platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from b8visa without prior written authorisation from b8visa.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

b8visa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of system errors.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Request by the member via the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding wagering obligations or clawback of improperly obtained funds will be returned to the member via their most recently used withdrawal method. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure for any reason.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting b8visa support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within three (3) business days. Any real money balance will be refunded via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8visa and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

b8visa's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b8visa does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. b8visa will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

b8visa reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, b8visa will notify registered members via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the b8visa platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of b8visa, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your registered account username, and any relevant transaction IDs or screenshots. b8visa aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time) and resolve them within five (5) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, b8visa will engage in good-faith mediation. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to b8visa's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms & Conditions, together with the b8visa Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and b8visa with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

b8visa's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of b8visa.
